Our returns policy.
Every piece is checked before it leaves our workshop. If something arrives damaged, we will put it right.
Return window
7 days from the date of delivery.
What we accept
Returns are accepted only when the product itself arrives damaged. Damage to the packaging alone is not covered.
Unboxing video
Every claim and refund is processed only with a video recording of the parcel being unboxed. Start recording before the parcel is opened, and show it clearly from all sides.
How to claim
Email contact@dailyloom.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video.
Monogrammed pieces
Monogrammed towels and pillow covers can be returned only if damage is proven in the unboxing video.

Dry clean
Dry cleaning is recommended.
Dry in shade
Air or dry it in shade, away from direct sunlight.
Store in its bag
Keep it in the bag it arrives in when the season ends.

First washes
Dark tones are best washed on their own for the first few washes.
Washing
Then wash with like colours in cold water. Close the snap buttons on the duvet cover first.
Drying
Line dry in shade.
Ironing
Iron warm while slightly damp for a smooth finish.
Pillows

The cover
Unzip and wash the knitted cover only.
The latex core
Never wash the latex core. Keep it out of direct sunlight, and air it in shade when needed.
Cotton Towels

Whites only
Never with colours, denim or dark clothing, to prevent colour bleeding, greying and dark lint.
Warm water, about 40°C
With a mild liquid detergent. No fabric softener, which coats the loops and reduces absorbency.
No chlorine bleach
Use an oxygen-based brightener or a splash of white vinegar in the rinse.
Tumble dry low
Shake it out first, dry on low to medium heat, and remove as soon as it is dry.
Store loosely
Stack in a dry, ventilated cupboard. Packing tightly flattens the loops.
